I think potential should be 0

When the two capacitors charged to same potential are connected in series, then total potential difference V′=V1​+V2​=V+V=2V

I think in option 4 the Potential Difference should be 0

Aditi ghuge, 2V can only come when +ve plate is connected to +ve plate

Aditi ghuge, in your explanation you have taken +ve connected with +ve, so Vnet should be 0

But question is saying to connect +ve to -ve, so V net is 0
