The initial step for digestion of milk will take place in the stomach where the proteins in the milk will be digested by proteases pepsin. The fats and carbohydrates in the milk will be digested in the small intestine. The fat and carbohydrate in the milk will not be digested in the mouth as it is gulped down and not chewed, so lipase (fat digesting enzyme will not work) nor will amylase. So, the correct answer is 'Pepsin'
