Factors Affecting Methanol Density

Asked by Aaradhya Kapoor · 1 year ago

How does temperature affect the density of methanol?

1 Answer

Temperature inversely affects the density of methanol. As temperature increases, the density of methanol decreases. This is because higher temperatures cause the molecules to move faster and spread out, increasing the volume and thus decreasing the density.
