Malignant cancer

As malignant cancer spread throughout the body by blood. So if this person cancer suffering patient donates his blood ,can the person who received his blood will also suffer from cancer??

The guidelines say that you can't donate blood if you have had cancer because there is a theoretical risk that a cancer cell could be passed on in the blood.
