A body is dropped from A tower reaches the ground in 5 sec , find height of tower?

t= √2h/g 5=√2h/9.8 = 122.5

using newton second law. in above question ball is dropped so initial velocity is zero and acceleration is g therefor we obtain h = 1/2gt^2
