I am doing only NCERT reading and it's examples+intext questions solving and solving question Bank of NEETSHALA is it enough or I have to do PYQ also because time is less?

Neetshala questions bank have PYQ , so you don't need to do. You can solve previous year question papers (available at notes section in Neetshala app)
