What are the main parts of a nephron?

A nephron consists of two main parts:
  • Renal corpuscle: Includes the glomerulus and Bowman's capsule
  • Renal tubule: Comprises the proximal convoluted tubule, loop of Henle, distal convoluted tubule, and collecting duct
These parts work together to filter blood, reabsorb essential substances, and produce urine.
